Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. No minimum, no surcharge at checkout, and no charge added after you order.

Where we ship

Alden and Vale ships to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: customs clearance, carrier delays, weather and peak periods such as Black Friday and December can extend it.

Our products are shipped from our manufacturing partner in Asia. We say so up front so the delivery window is never a surprise.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive it by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the United States below the applicable de minimis threshold are not normally subject to import duty. If a duty or fee is charged, it is the responsibility of the recipient. Any sales tax due is calculated and shown at checkout.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before paying. If it is wrong, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not shipped. Once dispatched, a parcel cannot be redirected.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you did not receive it, write to us. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
